WAMAG has grown from a family business to an international company after the Velvet revolution in 1989 in former Czechoslovakia. WAMAG is a member of the Goudsmit Magnetics Group(GMG) and, as such, benefits from a wide cooperation between all members of the group. The precursor to WAMAG was the Ore Resarch Institute in Mníšek near Prague upon which foundations the company has been built. The Institute was active in research and design of the magnetic separators since 1952. Today we are a leading company in the field of magnetic systems - magnetic separation, metalworking and magnetic conveying systems.
